During the last few years, ever since I set up my homepage, I've always been on the lookout for handy design tools. If, like me, you write your homepages in HTML, it's sometimes difficult to find suitable, all-on-one-page information. So, I've written a couple of pages myself to help me design my web pages.
In particular, an overview of my backgrounds with all available text colours, to make it easier to determine what text colour, link colour, etc. goes well with what background. I've also created a blank text colour document (white background) and a document containing all hex colour codes in a table format, to see the differences between colour shades in one view.
I hope these pages will make it easier for you to design your internet pages, just as they have done for me.
